To all who are making this trip this weekend, Praying for protection, health, and that we'll get there & home safely.
Also praying that everything goes according to God's plan and that the groom & bride are blessed and accept the blessing as something important and allow God to work in their lives. (on the road all day tomorrow, and all day Monday, yay) You are still flesh, and because of that.............still corrupt. 10 As it is written: “ There is none righteous, no, not one; 11 There is none who understands; There is none who seeks after God. |

I thought the wedding turned out nice. Wonder if any of the Dz.'s lost their voice from trying to quiet everyone down during tables? Honestly now...it's not like people were trying to be loud...most were talking in normal voices to the people next to them...but then you multiply that by a couple 100 people...and you get a loud church. Hehe.

Tim..i actually had to stop and ponder why you went for wedding..rofl! OH YA!
Heard wedding was great. Can anyone share what was said...I heard a couple of things were...But no one remembers....(don't get old people)

You expect me to remember ? That was 3 weeks ago. Talk about feeling old.
The only thing that came out, from my memory was at the groom & brides house at the end. A deystvenik came out and said that he saw a mother standing behind the couple with her hands raised and was protecting them. An elder then stepped out to clarifythis, by saying that this mother is the Church. This fits with how much love & caring was shown toward this couple all day long. The (Molokan) church really pulled together for this couple, especially with the difficult circumstances involved in each of their individual lives. Slavo Boghoo. I was asked to do this a few times. It is a job that should not even be a job. When the Word of God is spoken respect should be given to HIS (God's) Word.
