What is a Molokan?
MGR Book 5, Article 9 and the 1803 Dogmas (see link below) for Priguni.
For the Postyanni, see the 1803 Dogmas (see link below). http://www.molokane.org/molokan/Dogma/Do...ers.htm#28 Are there variations amongst different Molokan Church's? Of course, each church (both Postyanni and Priguni) were (and still are in Russia) from differing villages and towns which often took days to reach. So naturally they evolved differently to some degree, but the above mentioned references is largely accepted. There is no ecumenical movement (although the Postyanni have done this as of late to a minor degree) and amongst the Priguni any ecumenical movement, it is fiercely opposed for good or bad. And finally Mr. Slevin, quit your blatant lies stating no one can give you a definition of a Molokan. You were given the above references many times and you chose to not allow them posted or only in part. You are merely posturing, just as you call your site "molokan.net" to lure unsuspecting individuals to your site to mislead. That is not ministry, its deception and we call all open to the Book of Genesis and read the very first account of deception between Eve and the Serpent and see how that turned out. If you refuse to accept the above references by outright dismissal or mince your own words to imply something else (backtracking) as you often tend to do when the heat gets on, your delusions or denial is not a problem for anybody else, it’s yours. |

RE: What is a Molokan?
I liked this one and wanted to share it.
From the above site (1803 dogmas) Article 25 - Kings and Authorities We honor the kings and authorities according to the testimony of God's word. Proverbs 8:15-16, "By ME kings reign, and lawgivers decree just things, by ME princes rule, and the mighty decree justice." Romans 13:1-2, "Let every soul be subject to higher powers; for there is no power but from God, and those that are, are ORDAINED of God. Therefore he that <<resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God>>..." I Peter 2:17, "Honour all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the king." I Timothy 2:1-2, "I desire therefore, first of all, that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all men:<< For kings, and for all that are in high stations (authority)...">> Not only should we HONOR our KING but everyone in authority, martyrs, leaders, prophets, our heads in church and elders |

FV Nor mine, but it also says "..have respect for them because they rule over you...so that you might have standing not rebuke.." In other words "do as they say or end up in jail" Yes I agree "..those in spiritual authority.." DMB |

RE: What is a Molokan?
This is a molokan? Today we lost a true Molokan. Uncle John Berokoff live he life for Christ every day from sun up to sun down . not on weekends and the word was in his soul and did not need to preach it to any one he just live it. From prison for being a Co to teaching us to live our lives everyday on Flower St , learning when to cry but more to laugh and be happy for with Christ you can. We as Molkan we miss him but God must have wanted him to rest after his long years of service for Him. He was the personnification of a molokan, but not only that he was a ture beliver in the Lord Jesus Christ
REST IN PEACE |

RE: What is a Molokan?
*cough*
When faith is chained to doctrine, truth becomes heresy and God is forgotten. |
