Knock on wood, the hosting change and software updates are done or will be completed in the next 24 hours.
Some posts and PM's may have been lost. I submitted the transfer request at night figuring they would hit in the morning...only to open my email and finding out it was done overnight....whoops. My bad. When faith is chained to doctrine, truth becomes heresy and God is forgotten. |

The default themes will be removed later today. And the Classic theme will remain. Why? Several new features are incoporated into the site such as voting for Post of the Day. Quick Reply, Sub-Forums (of which I still have to install), and much more. Unfortunately, the default themes don't exactly work well with the new features so to utilize the board fully and to keep from any possible crazy errors happening, the classic theme will be standard untill I have a chance to add more. How do I change to the Classic theme now? Go to "My Account" at the top, click on the "Preferances" tab, find the "Board Theme" on the list, then on the drop down, select "Classic". Then save. Voila. When faith is chained to doctrine, truth becomes heresy and God is forgotten. |

Mana will be turned off, since it was pretty much a useless system. Many of the customers of the old software (me included) begged, pleaded and demanded that it be changed and even someone went through it mathmatically to point out why it fails. All we got was "We'll look into it"...and nothing. *doh* But with this new system, you can now vote for Post of the Day (POTD). On the upper right hand corner thier is a vote button (No you can't vote for yourself). You can vote up to three times. Winner of the POTD is the one with three or more votes or 10% lead....haven't quite figured it out yet. But will eventually. Lot of new things to learn....should have done this a long time ago. *party* When faith is chained to doctrine, truth becomes heresy and God is forgotten. |
