Poll: What are your anti-virus habits?

Someone out there has an email virus and it is sending junk emails on a daily basis. I do not know who it is, because the virus hides the identity of the true sender. It may be (and probably is) more than one person has an infected computer.

The scan can take a while, depending on the speed of your computer, but will do a thorough job of checking your computer for many harmful viruses. I'm begging you to take the time to scan your computer on a regular basis.
