Hey it is Idol time & the fever is on - Anybody else out there an Idol worshipper? :shock: Maybe not the right choice of words *wow*.
Seriously though, there is really some good talent out there right now. And for the first time instead of just Pop/Soft Rock type artists there are two Rock n Rollers *Rockon*and they're rockin on, both of them made it thru last nite. My favorites are still in the running, on both the girls side & the guys side. Well just thought I'd ask if anyone else watches Idol. Take care everyone medic out |

Im all for the two Rock N Rollers...they both caught my eyes and ears. Im glad they BOTH made it through!! Constitine...for some reason I thought he might have messed up with the Kiss By a Rose song...but...still not bad...as for Bo...the Uncle Kracker song was jamming!!!

There were 2 black women that jammedthe othernight. Sorry I am not good with names, one girl had on the jeans and t-shirt with the afro *fro*and the other had longer hair and wore a dress. *what*

Yah, they can sing... The one with the frizzed out hair, belive it or not, her name is Nadia. If you are referring to the other black girl, who thought had great voice, her name is Vonzella or something like that. (I remember names).
My personal fave right now is Mikhala, the hyper 16 year old. She is awesome. Her character is a perfect fit for this show. and she can sing! and right up there with her is the farm girl from Chocktaw, OK. , Carrie she is good too As far as the guys I like the music teacher Anwar, the guy with the dread locks (is that what they're called?) and the guy who wore the hat I think he sang first Nikko. The rockers were good, I liked them too. medic |

Well another phenomonal week of American Idol has passed*clap*. The rockers are still rollin*Rockon*,Fedorov and Nikko and the others are still rippin...Dang, one more week and 2 MUST go and I just can't make up my mind which would have to go*doh*
I think one of the the rockers will probably "roll," and one will stay. The females was a bit suprising as that little 16 year old Janay is still in the running*rofl*. She was BAD!!!!!! I guess she was smart and showedmore Belly Buttun to get the votes, but if she makes it through next week I'll personally protest*nodrama* Has anyone noticed how they they changed the way they illiminate this week from last week? Last week they were like, faking the females out and leaving them in shock as they end up being with the least votes causeing illimination and then have the mic shoved in their faces having to sing a humilating farewell song...I really felt for them and am glad they changed it this week. Well, I got TiVo all set for next week....My best to THE best..but I hope my favs make it ti the top 12*thumbsup* |

Yeah, I too noticed how quickly Seacrest lowered the boom: It was like Pow - "Celena" you are outta here!
But I do like the idea of giving the ousted contestant one last shot at singing in front of America, gives them the ability to get right back on the horse & possibly even Mature. Rejection is tough & hard, but that is life. I really like this show, because I love music - all kinds. And this show lets me observe some talented singers. In the past years I sort of attempted to make predictions who will be the last six standing and so far I have not done so bad. This year is especially tought because I think that the mix is so much better than previous years & already I like alot of them. Except for a few, which are already gone, and the ones that, or One rather, that should have been gone - That young looking chick Jannae, she better be gone next week! But I agree maybe it was her performance of the JIGGLIN' and the Belly button exposing, that had her get to next week. So... I am gonna make my predictions for the finals: 3 guys, 3 girls

I agree on the one final preformance....but man...last week and with this new format, they had one girl in shock, and one on the verge of tears and then BAM...sing...This segment of the show is new so I guess it was just a surprise to all.
once they get to the final 12....the farewell song is definetaly..appropriate and a good send-off. I love to sing and am one who admits to thinking this is one of the top TV shows and look forward to see what talent is out there. Next week is the last week with the 2 guy- 2 girl off style and then they go as usual with the final 12 so the male-female balance can easily go off..and so far i have a feeling it will. But I will take a stab a 3 and 3 if it ends up that way for now. Well. im gonna go for 4 and 4 as I can't narrow it down as there are too many good ones.
