Did anyone watch the Oscars? Any favs? Any dislikes? What did you all think of the "fashions"? After all the awards "aviator" won, I wanna go and see it now!!

Aaaaargh, got home from the wedding yesterday excited about an afternoon of watching sports, and had to watch 5 hours of the Oscars unstead, I even threatend to go see a movie by myself, the wife didn't bite though, "go ahead see you later," was my response. Funniest moment was when that Blanchet girl anounced one of the catagories so dramaticly, and a little snotty, "The subject, art, the award Oscar", it went something like that, but all night I kept using that, "The subject, shower, the theme dirt", or "The subject, dirty diaper, the solution my wife." Next year someone please throw a Dela in Fresno so I don't have to go through this torture again.

I thought this year was the most boring Oscars....sure it was interesting watching Antonio Banderas sing...not bad...then again watching Beyonce sing in French...what in the heck!? Just because Janet Jackson had a little accident on stage..things popping out doesnt mean they need to punish us by having some boring singing!!!! Actually songs that I dont even understand!! Chris Rock was funny....I thought that was a good host...funny when he said "If you wanna make a movie..and all you have is Chris Rock and you want Denzal Washington...then WAIT!" Then its intersting and sad when they show the people that died over the year....When in the heck did the Godfather Marlon Brando die!? Or SupermanChristopher Reeves? I was flipping out! The things that i miss!!! Anyhow..im done

I do not watch the Oscars for the simple fact, If I got an award for doing MY job, I dont think any one of those actors would come to see me get the award, even if I invited them!! I think the oscars are a bunch of bunk. Its just a bunch of actors saying "look at me look at me!!"
