Funeral - Jim Koretoff

Jim Koretoff was involved in an auto accident up North. Also his wife and its believed his daughter (along with her daughter) were in the car. Word is they are in Critical Condition.

The hearts and prayers of my wife and I go out to them in this horrible tragedy.

Also I think I can speak for everyone here that we are all concerned and all of our prayers go out to them.

I heard there was also a young Partnoff girl who is in critical condition. Driver was Christine Partnoff. Passengers were Jim, Christine's daughter, and Jim's wife. I heard the two women will be fine.

This is what I heard...

Erika, Kris' daughter has amnesia & was still in ICU as of last night - 10:00 pm

Kris Partnoff, Dy. Jim's Daughter (Driver) was not terribly hurt.

Ty. Onya was in critical condition but came out of ICU as of last night.

Dy. Jim died at the scene of this fatal accident.

They were at the Buchnoff church with parents of the groom doing some last minute cleaning and such, then they left. The accident occured at the corner of Belmont and Siskiyou, just half mile from the church. (Cars were parked that far, to that very corner for the wedding of Sasha & David)

They were following, Manya - Sasha's mother, and when they (2nd vehicle) went thru theintersection, the accident occured - broadsided on the passenger side.

Our hearts go out the family,along with prayers & petitions to our Lord. That He bring comfort & healing to the pain stricken families. Dy. Jim - they don't come much better than him.

My sons friend that lives up north was at the hospital tonight to see Erika. He couldn't go in to see her (the Dr.'s wouldn't let him in) cause she was agitated. One moment she was talking fine and the next she would babble and not make sense. They also said she will have problems walking later. Also has short term brain damage. Tys. Onya (is that her name?) will be having shoulder surgery and Christine had stitches on her head.

Underground members: please say a prayer for Christine. She really needs strength to get thru this. She is blaming herself for killing her father (these are her words). My sons friend said she is bad off. We all understand an accident is an accident, but sometimes the guilt will eat at us until there is nothing left.

To all: Say a prayer that our Lord will provide the ability for Kris (I've always known her as Kris) to first & foremost - forgive herself. And then our Lords mercy will provide comfort & healing. Let us join together in petitioning and prayer, that this happen soon.

And of course, that Dy. Jim be a partaker in the Kingdom of Christ at the first resurrection.

Strength, healing, comfort & the ability for the rest of the family to endure & pass thru this tragic time of their lives.
