Greetings to you all in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. So many of
you have called, written, and
expressed your love & concern for us, and we would first like to give
you all an update as to how
everyone is doing.
Mom has some broken bones, but is otherwise doing very well. We
are looking at her hopefully
being released on Friday or Saturday. Christine (Andy's sister) was
banged up & thrown around in
the accident, but is now fine, and was released on Monday.
Erica, was our biggest concern. She suffered trauma to her head
which caused some swelling &
bleeding in her brain, and also has a small skull fracture. When she
was brought in, we were
looking at her possibly being here for a few weeks, and we're unsure of
her recovery. By God's
GREAT mercy she is doing so much better and will possibly even be
released tonight! She is eating
a little and even walking around a little. What a miracle! For those
of you who know Erica, she
is (uncharacteristically) even cooperating!
We cannot thank you all enough for your prayers, your many, many
phone calls of concern, your
gifts of love, wonderful bags of food, and pots of coffee, chi, and
water.
We are overwhelmed with gratitude and gratefulness to all of you.
May God bless you all with
His love, His peace, and may He send his guardian angel to watch over
all of you and your families.

bringing him to Monterey Park church Sunday, 4:00 with burial on Monday

I just heard some terrible news, (as of now - not doubly confirmed)

When it rains it pours

I heard that Kris/Christine just passed away from Pnuemonia! Wed 4:10 PM

I just got another call, that Kris was admitted into Hospital & was diagnosed with an infection of the Lungs ???, then passed away 30 minutes later.

But still not confirmation from family

This is a terrible blow to the Koretoff Family!

Let us pray for this family. May God be with this Family that is still grieving over the loss of Dy. Jim, and praying for their family still recovering.

May God be merciful & allow the ability to heal & eventuall find comfort.

I just heard the news. I talked with her on Sunday and she was well. She said she was feeling great. I am so bummed!! We were teenage friends. I can't believe it.*cry*

PS Also heard Erika had surgery today. She had her galbladder and appendix taken out. We need to pray for her recovery and stregnth. She is so young to have such tragedy in her life right now. Havent told my son about Christine or Erika. It's gonna bum him out.

Ok...this just makes me sick to my stomache. I'm getting all kinds of phone calls today in regards to Christine. Me and my families thoughts and prayers go out to the Koretofffamily! This has to be a very hard time for them...a wedding followed by two funerals.
