Ok..Stephen King is known for Gory Bloody spooky books and movies*DDD*. I know this..because I started reading his books when I was in High School...I think if the teacher wanted to get me to read...his books were the only books that I got into*cheers*! Does that make me sick and twisted*nuts*? Who knows?!?!

I used to worked at a place that we had time to read books as long as we kept our machines going. I guess it wasin the late 70's and early eighties one of my bro's had finished reading a book from Stephen King called "The Stand." That was my all time favorite book and I took it to my work and eventually the whole shop read it. This lead to us to taking turns buying different Stephen King books and reading them and passing them along.

The Shining was defenitaly my 2nd best but number onefrom your list. They were all good actually.

Good Day

 Stephen King has hadso many great stories, its really hard to nail it down to just a favorite. I really liked FIRESTARTER, THINNER, and THE GIRL WHO LOVED TOM GORDON. Also, EVERYTHINGS EVENTUAL has 14 short stories in it that were pretty good. I'm embarrassed to say it, but late one night I finished reading PET SEMATARY and its one of the few books that really scared me. What are some other favorites out there? Anybody have any Stephen King books they can't stand? For me its the entire DARK TOWER series and THE TOMMYKNOCKERS.:X
