I went to see monster in law on wed night..And low n behold they were hundreds of retards (starwars) trekkes sitting out waiting for the midnight showing. I just laughed as I walked by and said - I'll wait a month before I see it. People just dropped their jaw. And getting into a conversation with one - I asked what the hype was all about. And took off - before they tried to hurt me. :shock:

Whew! I didn't wanna tell anyone there I never saw any of the star wars movies - who knows what would have happen...*ban*

Hey RG, you should be careful slinging the "Retard" verbiage around those "Trekkies" as you called them. They take it very seriously, & I would guess they also would not care to be called "Trekkies" either, since that is for "Star Trek" followers.

Have you seen "Fever Pitch", that movie with Drew Barrymore & Jimmy Fallon? I guess it is a "Chik Flik" sorta, It is about an over zealous "Boston Red Sox" fan. In the movie, she made a comment similiar to yours, while in a tavern full of over zeolous Red Sox Fans. Note: Boston Red Sox Fans are like no other fans in Baseball!!! They are die hard, devoted, will die for their team - type of fans! And if you *poke*or say something to offend them or their team (or their movie saga) ... be prepared... for ... *flmad* then*Father*and *bang*then this *chair* Well anyway she says something like "It is only a game" She coulda lost her life right then & there!

Probably same thing you felt. Good thing *thumbsup*you didn't say anything. Or else there would've been some *drama*outside the theater?
