Which Jesus do you believe in?
1v,
What part of your question did I not answer?

I believe in the same Jesus that the 1803 Molokans believed in.

Principles of the True Spiritual Christian
Russian Molokans Since 1803
Article 1 - God
We believe in only one God, who exists in Trinity, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, as Apostle St. Paul said in his epistle to the Ephesians, Chapter 2, verse 20, "Built upon the foundations of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief corner stone." And Christ said in Matthew, Chapter 28, verse 19, "Going therefore, teach ye all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost."

How about you?
Which Jesus do you believe in?
Are you a Molokan or a Prigun?

Also, to Red, why did you bring up the Trinity doctrine?

I mentioned nothing of the Trinity, although I do believe in the Tri-une God.

You brought up admins and historians and your opinion about what our predki believed in.

It is very, very clear that our predki believed in the Trinity.
You guys sing it in "vot soshlis sa Isbraniea" do you not?

You sing it in "Idy ka Bogu" do you not?

You can speculate on the 1803 dogma all you want, but it is very clear that our predki had a better understanding of who Jesus is and how Jesus was more than a mere man.

And to add further, it was first explained to me in detail over 10 years ago by the family of a current russian molokan elder that the reason they believed that Jesus is God is because the spirit and life book taught that Jesus is God.

Now I want to make it clear that I do not accept that book as nothing more than an historical account of the molokans in Russia, but it is proof that the belief that Jesus is God has ALWAYS been a molokan belief.

Wether you guys like it or not.

Hint:

Jesus aint God, yet does His will. This isn't the same as Jesus being God. Don't believe something just because "some elder told you." You gotta learn to make up your own mind on things.

I've read the scripture that you quoted and agree completely with it. And? It just shows you that you'll believe anything someone tells you. Bottom line is that religion and spiritual beliefs are far more than the results of an internet search and far more than what "someone told you 10 years ago." Spiritual understanding is a result of studying and something God puts in your heart....not because of anything less. Just because a person believes something...doesn't mean it's true. It's got to line up with scripture. Your understanding doesn't line up with the good book.

Oh and....there are 2 Jesus Christ's. The first one is the "Christmas" Jesus Christ that the world worships. Can you guess which one the other is? Test is tomorrow.

There is only one Jesus.
The Biblical Jesus reveals Himself only to His children.
The Father draws His children to His Son by the power of the Holy Spirit.
It is a process that involves the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
Their relationship existed before I was born, and I am not going to say that I am an expert on the hidden mystery of Their relationship.

But I do honor and respect and submit to God and will leave it up to God how God wants to exist. He did not ask me for my opinion. All He did is reveal Himself to me in a very real way and left me a Book to help me understand Him and His will. It is His instruction manual that He wrote according to His will.

And in regards to Christ-mas, some of His children may or may not celebrate Christmas.
His children are not saved because they are perfect, but because they are His children. The sanctification process is a lifelong process, and some sins are obvious and some sins are hidden. But the hidden sins will not last long for the true child of God.

3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: 4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. 5 For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus’ sake. 2 Corinthians 4:3-5 AV
